Job Locations:

  • Market Market, Taguig City
  • Park Square, Ayala Center, Makati City

General Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Accompanying guests to and from massage rooms.
  • Perform spa services to clients
  • Deliver world-class customer service to clients
  • Explain indications and contraindications of spa services to clients.
  • Ensuring a clean, safe, and well-organized spa facility.
  • Setting up spa and workstations, and ensuring cleanliness and tidiness throughout the shift.
  • Assisting with keeping linens clean and tidy, and replacing them between sessions.
  • Complying with all applicable standards, rules, and regulations.
  • Attending and participating in training sessions.
  • Assist in training OJT's, franchisees and other trainees.
  • Assist management team in achieving company goals and to bring Hilot to the World.
  • Other pertinent duties and tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Any gender can apply
  • Any educational level can apply
  • 18 years old and above can apply
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Willing to train and improve massage skills
  • Excited for a career in the wellness industry
