Inbound Sales & Customer Service Representative (Australian eCommerce Account)

Do you love helping people make decisions they'll feel good about? We're looking for a sharp, tech-savvy Inbound Sales & Customer Service Representative who can think on their feet, learn fast, and turn every customer enquiry into a great experience.

You'll be joining a fast-growing Australian eCommerce business in the home and furniture space helping customers find the right pieces for their homes.

This role is ideal for someone who has strong English communication skills, quick to understand products, can anticipate customer needs, and knows how to guide a conversation naturally without relying on a script.

What You'll Do

• Be the first friendly voice customers hear when they call. You are able to build rapport, listen, understand, and help them find the right products.
• Ask thoughtful questions to uncover what customers need
• Explain product details clearly, from materials and dimensions to delivery timelines and pricing, in a way that's easy to understand.
• Send quotes, invoices, and follow-ups by email or SMS, making sure customers have everything they need to move forward.
• Reach out to customers who left items in their cart. Check in, see what's holding them back, and help them complete their purchase.
• Stay on top of each enquiry: keep your notes tidy and your CRM updated.
• Collaborate with the team for product clarifications and keep learning new items (there's a big range).
• Deliver a calm, confident, and professional experience on every call.
• Training and guidance will be provided for product knowledge and tools, but we need someone who can transform what they've learned into clear, confident conversations that build trust and drive sales.

What You'll Bring

• 3+ years of inbound sales and customer service experience, ideally supporting Australian clients.
• Excellent English communication. You can explain things naturally, listen actively, and make people feel comfortable.
• Sharp and tech-savvy. You are confident navigating CRMs while keeping conversations flowing.
• Quick learner with strong critical thinking - you can absorb product details quickly and turn them into helpful and clear explanations.
• Calm under pressure and patient with every customer.
• You are proactive by nature - you notice what needs to be done and do it before being asked.
• You are organised, reliable, and genuinely enjoy helping people.

It's a plus if you have:

• Experience in big-ticket or retail sales (e.g. furniture, appliances).
• Experience in cart follow-ups or customer re-engagement campaigns.

Work Location

• Job Type: Full-time
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM PH time
• Location: Remote Home-Based (Philippines)
• Internet: At least 20 Mbps stable connection.
• Minimum hardware: Core i5/Ryzen 5 or higher, 8 GB RAM, SSD.
