Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and enhance medical devices, instruments, and healthcare technologies.
  • Conduct research, testing, and validation to ensure product safety, quality, and compliance with regulations (e.g., FDA, ISO).
  • Calibrate, troubleshoot, and maintain diagnostic and therapeutic equipment.
  • Prepare technical reports, regulatory documentation, and user manuals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinicians, scientists, and manufacturing engineers.
  • Provide technical training and support to healthcare personnel.
  • Manage engineering projects from concept to implementation, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of medical device design, testing, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in engineering design software (e.g., CAD) and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Experience in a hospital, research, or medical device manufacturing environment is an advantage.
