JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Schedules and performs preventive maintenance, conducts tests and calibrations, and repairs and troubleshoot machine malfunctions;
  • Updates the database of medical equipment inventory (including machineage, service report history, job and work order history, job order request status, etc.);
  • Recommends the replacement, repair and disposal of biomedical equipment and devices while ensuring compliance to the Terms of Reference (TOR);
  • Accepts newly acquired biomedical equipment after checking completeness and conducting tests and calibrations;
  • Participates in the orientation and training of technicians and other machine operators from various departments on the use of new biomedical equipment and other devices in coordination with Supplier/Manufacturer;
  • Perform other tasks as may be assigned by the Director of Ancillary Services and Biomedical Engineering Manager

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Licensed Engineer, preferably an Electrical, or Electronics and Communications Engineer
  • Fresh graduates or at least one (1) years of working experience in the related field
  • Technical skills in equipment calibrations and documentation skills.
  • Relevant trainings
  • One (1) Full-Time position available
