A ServiceNow Developer will be responsible for the development, customization, and maintenance of ServiceNow applications. will work closely with clients and internal teams to implement solutions that support business processes and IT service management.

Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules.

  • Customize workflows, forms, and reports using the NOW platform (low-code/no-code).

  • Implement and configure modules such as:

  • ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge)

  • CSM (Customer Service Management)
  • HRSD (Human Resources Service Delivery)
  • FSM (Field Service Management)
  • SPM/ITBM (Strategic Portfolio Management)

  • Create and manage:

  • Business Rules

  • Client Scripts
  • UI Policies
  • UI Macros and Scripts
  • Catalog Forms
  • Integrate ServiceNow with other systems using REST APIs.
  • Use Flow Designer to build automation and integrations.
  • Design customized reports and dashboards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 1–5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
  • Proficiency in: JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Angular, REST API integration
  • Experience with Service Portal customization and knowledge management.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
