We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Application Developer with over 5 years of hands-on development expertise across core ServiceNow modules. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge in CSM (Customer Service Management), ITSM (IT Service Management), and other key ServiceNow modules, with the ability to design, develop, and implement robust solutions aligned with business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop ServiceNow applications and workflows in modules such as CSM, ITSM, and others.
  • Customize and configure ServiceNow forms, fields, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and workflows.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions.
  • Support end-to-end application lifecycle management, including testing, deployment, and documentation.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Work with integrations to external systems using REST, SOAP, and other protocols (Nice to have).
  • Adhere to best practices in ServiceNow development and system administration.

Must-Have Skills

  • 5+ years of ServiceNow application development experience.
  • Proven expertise in CSM, ITSM, and other ServiceNow modules.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and capabilities.
  • Experience in scripting (JavaScript, Glide API) within the ServiceNow environment.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with integration development using REST/SOAP APIs.
  • ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS-ITSM/CSM).
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
