About the role

ARTECH TECHNOLOGY INC' is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Application Developer - ServiceNow to join our team in Quezon City, Metro Manila. This is a contract role, offering an excellent opportunity to work with a leading technology company and contribute to the development and implementation of cutting-edge ServiceNow solutions.

What you'll be doing

  1. Design, develop, and deploy ServiceNow applications and customizations to meet the diverse needs of our clients
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into functional, scalable, and secure ServiceNow solutions
  3. Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to ServiceNow applications, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction
  4. Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, coding, testing, and deployment
  5. Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow platform features, best practices, and industry trends to continuously improve our offerings
  6. Mentor and provide guidance to junior developers, sharing your expertise and helping to build a strong ServiceNow practice

What we're looking for

  1. 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Application Developer or equivalent, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects
  2. Extensive knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, including its capabilities, architecture, and best practices
  3. Proficiency in ServiceNow application development using JavaScript, XML, and other relevant technologies
  4. Experience in integrating ServiceNow with other systems and applications, such as CRM, ERP, and HR platforms
  5. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
