DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

1) Account Management & Direction:

Revenue and profit targets

Day to day management of workflow within team to ensure client expectations are matched or exceeded

Direction and overview of the teams work to ensure that agency standards and client expectations are met from client brief through to the post campaign report

2) Liaise with other departments in the organization and/or other partner agencies to facilitate client requests.

3) Leads in meetings:

External - with Client-counterparts

Internal – briefing, internal clearances

4) Control of team administration and costs. Includes management of agency profitability, including but not limited to target setting, CE development, timely billing and collection, accurate financial forecasts, cost management, supplier negotiations:

To have a thorough understanding of clientsbusiness, current performance, marketplace and clients business objectives

To ensure production of proactive proposals to present to clients

To ensure effective communication between the client and agency

5) Maximizing client loyalty by building effective working relationships with clients through networking and socializing.

6) Monitoring, maintaining and optimizing standards for account management.

7) Signing off work at key stages throughout the project.

8) Constantly evaluating results of campaigns.

9) Proactive targeting of and presentation to new clients with the purpose of winning their business.

10) To be key in the preparation and presentation of pitches for advertising projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Graduate of a 4-year course (Advertising, Public Relations, Communications, Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, Economics, Marketing, Management, or equivalent)

Minimum 3-year work experience

Work experience in an activation/advertising/marketing industry, an advantage

Pay: Php40, Php70,000.00 per month
