Libis, Philippines Gentem Consulting Services Full time ₱900,000 - ₱1,200,000 per year

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in culinary and hospitality management, business management, economics, finance, entrepreneurship, or equivalent; post graduate studies will be considered.
  • Proven F&B Kitchen management capabilities with at least five-year working experience in a senior management role; at least four-year proven performance record as Executive Sous Chef / Commissary Senior Head Chef or equivalent in reputable and food and beverage brands in the Philippines; experience in 4-5 star full service hotels, commissary and shared operations, pre-opening and business startup, growth and expansion project assignments will be highly regarded.
  • Knowledge of HACCP, food safety, and sanitation protocols.
  • Familiarity with dishwashing machines and chemical usage.
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and time-management skills.
  • HACCP certification and knowledge of ISO/FDA/DOH food safety standards.
  • Experience conducting hygiene audits and staff training.
  • Strong knowledge of equipment maintenance. building systems, food safety regulations, and Familiarity with DOLE, DOH, and LGU compliance requirements.
  • Proficient in facility management software, MS Excel, and reporting tools.
  • Must be willing to work onsite in Libis, Quezon City
