Job Title: Accounting / Finance Manager

Location: Hybrid Setup – Eastwood / Ortigas

Schedule: Day Shift

Salary Range: PHP 50,000 – 70,000

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Accounting/Finance Manager who can start ASAP. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable in payroll, auditing, taxation, and financial management, with strong leadership skills and at least 7 years of managerial experience. Preferably a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee end-to-end finance and accounting functions.
  • Manage payroll, auditing, taxation, and financial reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and accounting standards.
  • Provide financial insights and strategies to support business goals.
  • Supervise, train, and mentor the finance team to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Preferably CPA.
  • Minimum of 7 years experience in a managerial finance/accounting role.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll, auditing, taxation, and financial management.
  • Excellent analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Willing to work in a hybrid setup (Eastwood / Ortigas).
  • Can start immediately.
