Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management
- With strong years of experience and knowledge of F&B service standards, food safety and cost control
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant/outlets/production to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Implement and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain quality and consistency in food, service and hygiene
- Lead, train and motivate staff to achieve high performance, excellent customer service and teamwork
- Manage inventory, procurement and cost control to minimize waste and maximize profitability
- Monitor financial performance including sales, expenses and budgets; provide reports and recommendations to management
- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation and health regulations
- Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints promptly and professionally
- Work closely with the kitchen and service teams to maintain menu quality and service standards
- Support in developing and implementing marketing and promotional strategies
- Drive continuous improvement in operational process and customer satisfaction
