POSITION: Operations Manager (APAC-NALA)

SALARY: Php130,000

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

With 5 years' experience in Accounts Payable or invoice processing

With 2 years' experience in managerial role and managing team

Amendable to work in Hybrid Set up

Can start as soon as possible

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage and lead the invoice processing team, ensuring high levels of accuracy,

timeliness.

Oversee the day-to-day operations of invoice processing, including invoice matching,

coding, approvals, and payment processing.

Responsible in handling issues related to invoice discrepancies, vendor

communication, and payment processing.

Develop and implementing operational policies and long-term strategies to align with

company goals and achieve business objectives in the APAC and NALA markets.

Monitoring and controlling operational budgets, managing expenses, and ensuring

financial resources are used effectively to increase profitability.
