Hiring: Sales Development Representative - Must have a North American English accent
Starting at $4/hr to $7/hr after 6 months

Overview: If you're energized by talking to people, starting conversations, opening doors for a sales team and have a great English speaking and writing skills with a clear North American English accent, this role is for you.
You'll be the first point of contact for potential clients: making calls, sending emails, connecting on LinkedIn, and booking qualified meetings for their senior sales executives.
What You'll Do:
- Make outbound calls, send targeted emails, and connect with decision-makers on LinkedIn
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the senior sales team
- Keep accurate and updated records in the CRM
- Follow up with prospects to nurture interest and move conversations forward
- Work closely with sales and marketing to refine outreach strategies
What We're Looking For:
- At least 1 year of experience in outbound calling, lead generation, or appointment setting (B2B preferred)
- Excellent English communication skills – must have a confident, friendly North American English accent on calls and professional writing skills
- Comfortable using CRM tools and basic sales technology
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to thrive in a remote setup
- Positive, persistent, and willing to learn the industry
Bonuses:
- $15 for every booked meeting
- $250 for every signed contract
