Summary of Authorities, Duties and Responsibilities

As a Technical Sales Representative, the primary responsibility is to promote and sell the company's range of animal food and nutrition products. The TSR is tasked with building and maintaining relationships with customers, providing technical support, and achieving sales targets. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the success and growth of Nuevo Milenio, Inc. in the animal nutrition importation industry.

1.Key Accountability: Execution of sales calls

Duty Statements:

1.1 Scientific knowledge

1.1.1 Maintains comprehensive knowledge of poultry and livestock diseases and nutrition-related problems.

1.1.2 Stays updated on NMI product lines.

1.1.3 Manages a portfolio of current product-related sales tools.

1.2 Market knowledge

1.2.1 Understands customer segments and preferences.

1.2.2 Keeps informed about competitive products and competitor activities.

1.3 Selling skills

1.3.1 Plans sales calls effectively.

1.3.2 Identifies customer interests and needs.

1.3.3 Delivers core product messages.

1.3.4 Compares NMI and competitor products.

1.3.5 Addresses customer concerns and negotiates agreements.

1.3.6 Conducts group sales presentations.

1.3.7 Documents and follows up on sales calls.

Minimum Qualification (i.e., Education, Experience, Licensure, Certification)

  • Education: Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business Management, Marketing or any course related
  • Experience: At least one (1) year experience in animal industry related profession
  • Enabling Skills
  • Effective communication skills in both Filipino and English
  • Able to converse with multiple clients and convey information clearly.
  • Must have a driver's license.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php18,000.00 per month
