
Internet Marketing Specialist

Job Summary:
Supervises the social media selling pages of P.A Properties covering all projects in the South areas. Part of his/her job is to implement all online sales promotions, lead-generating campaigns, and manage sales inquiries to achieve sales goals.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Directly responsible for addressing all sales inquiries on all internet marketing selling pages in the south area.
- Prepare and implement approved online lead-generating sales strategies that will lead to achieving Internet Marketing sales targets.
- Implement approved internet sales ads campaigns and advertising programs as budgeted and scheduled on a daily/weekly and monthly basis.
- Prepare a calendar of weekly and monthly approved ad and campaign posts for implementation.
- Builds and maintains a strong sales presence on Facebook by posting enticing and engaging sales campaigns and advertisements that will increase the number of likes and fan base on the online selling page.
- Implement weekly appealing advertisement posts online that will engage viewers to follow and regularly view our Facebook selling pages, such as home improvement tips, DIY or do-it-yourself crafts, Health tips, Investment topics, etc.
- Review and supervise daily sponsored or paid ads, monitor and manage all inquiries promptly and effectively to convert them to sales.
- Prepare a customer database with contact details and other pertinent information generated from all selling pages and sponsored ads.
- Supervise the internet marketing specialist's (seller) daily activities and status of inquiries. Provide support and ensure that leads will be converted to presentation, tripping, and closing.
- Establish a reputable image online and manage comments by highlighting and encouraging positive comments; promptly and professionally address negative comments.
- Maintain a profitable and productive relationship with internet marketing sellers to achieve peak productivity and ensure internet marketing specialist retention.
- Prepare a weekly or monthly sales performance report of all online selling campaigns/ad posts, leads, trippings, and closings/sales, and make necessary recommendations.
- Assist Internet Marketing Sellers in their client calls and communicate with customers through phone, e-mails, live chats, meetings, and visits if necessary.
- Prepare sales reports/ request for payment, Internet Marketing Sellers allowance on a monthly basis.
- Attend to Internet Marketing sellers' inquiries, concerns, processing, and release of sellers' commissions/allowance/incentives.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of product information, packages, and promotions.
- Stay abreast with online selling trends, opportunities, and competitors.
Minimum Qualifications:
- A graduate of a 4-year course, preferably a business course
- With at least 2 years of sales and marketing experience
- Basic computer skills, sales copywriting, content writing, Digital Marketing skills, SEO (Search Engine Optimization), PPC (Pay-per-click), Social media savvy
- Excellent communication and human relations skills
- Good facilitation skills and leadership skills.
