POSITION: Trade Marketing Specialist

JOB DESCRIPTION

General Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Handle trade claims and monitor merchandisers' performance.
  • Implement and oversee trade marketing programs and activities.

Daily Tasks:

  • Check and update ongoing programs.
  • Review merchandiser reports (e.g., damaged stocks and issues).

Weekly Tasks:

  • Update POP tracker.
  • Conduct fieldwork for program implementation.
  • Review and consolidate merchandiser reports.
  • Visit stores to ensure proper merchandising execution.
  • Prepare PowerPoint presentations for program updates and reviews.

Monthly Tasks:

  • Monitor free goods and trade samples inventory.
  • Prepare monthly work plans and updates for cycle meetings (Carmona, Cavite).

Other Tasks:

  • Organize merchandising contests.
  • Manage planning files, contracts, and trade letters.
  • Support the execution of trade marketing initiatives.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least college level (preferably in Marketing, Business, or related field).
  • Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Flexible, outgoing, and adaptable to a dynamic work environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php15,600.00 per month
