What You'll Do Develop influencer marketing plans that align with overall marketing objectives, brand goals, and measurable KPIs. Identify and engage influencers who resonate with our brand, target audience, and campaign goals. Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with influencers, agencies, and brand partners. Manage campaign timelines, content creation, and deliverables in collaboration with influencers and the marketing team. Provide creative direction and review influencer content to ensure it aligns with brand identity and campaign messaging. Use analytics tools to measure performance, generate reports, and optimize future marketing initiatives. Collaborate with social media, content, and paid marketing teams to ensure campaigns integrate seamlessly into broader marketing efforts. What We're Looking For At least 1 year of proven experience in influencer marketing, with a solid background in broader marketing campaigns. Exceptional relationship‑building, negotiation, and communication skills. In‑depth understanding of social media platforms, influencer trends, digital marketing strategies, and audience engagement tactics. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into actionable strategies. A creative and passionate mindset for digital marketing, brand storytelling, and campaign innovation. Tech Requirements Personally owned PC or laptop with sufficient processing power.
