Job DescriptionThe Associate Talent Sourcer supports the recruitment team by identifying and engaging potential candidates for various job openings. They use a variety of sourcing techniques and channels to find qualified individuals and then screen and assess their suitability for specific requirements, contributing to the overall talent acquisition process.
Work Location: Mandaluyong, PH
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (2x in a month, onsite)
Work Schedule: Night shift (8pm-5am / 9pm-6am MNL)
Specific requirements: Good comm skills, Interviewing experience, inbound and outbound calling is a must.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Review and post engaging job advertisements on various job boards to attract target candidates.
Manage and process incoming applications across platforms in a timely manner.
Conduct high-volume cold calls and outreach to prospective candidates to generate interest and build strong pipelines.
Lead initial phone and video interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Build rapport and maintain ongoing communication with candidates, providing clear information about job opportunities and guiding them through the recruitment process.
Coordinate candidate feedback and ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout all stages.
Support recruiters by preparing candidate summaries, interview notes, and other recruitment-related documentation.
Promote the employer brand by presenting opportunities in a compelling way and encouraging the use of social media tools in alignment with Cielo's brand strategy.
Actively engage with candidates from diverse backgrounds to strengthen inclusivity in the hiring process.
Maintain accurate candidate data and records within the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other relevant databases.
Learn and apply sourcing methods, including online job boards, networking sites, and talent databases, to identify and attract potential candidates.
Stay updated on industry trends and talent market insights to build effective sourcing strategies.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and recommend innovative ways to enhance efficiency within the recruitment function.
Position Requirements:
Education
- High School diploma required, bachelor's degree in human resources or any related field is preferred.
Experience
- 2 years of experience in sourcing, recruiting, or talent administration is preferred.
- Some experience in conducting preliminary candidate assessments via phone or video interviews is preferred.
Exposure
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools is required.
- Proficiency in using various sourcing methods, such as basic Boolean search, to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with prospects and build relationships.
- Effective time management and organizational skills to handle multiple candidate pipelines and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Attention to detail and accuracy to maintain candidate records.
- Professional demeanour while representing the company to potential candidates.
