Job Summary

The Sourcing Specialist plays a critical role in driving high-volume recruitment efforts for restaurant operations roles across The Moment Group. This position focuses on proactively identifying, engaging, and nurturing potential candidates through various sourcing channels. The ideal candidate will have experience in fast-paced hiring environments, preferably in the food or service industry, and will be instrumental in building strong talent pipelines to support our growing business. This is a project-based role for 3 months, ideal for someone who is fast, organized, and eager to learn.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and attract qualified candidates for restaurant operations roles using job boards, social media, referrals, and field sourcing
  • Reach out to candidates via calls, messages, and emails to invite them to hiring caravans, job fairs, and virtual interviews
  • Coordinate interview schedules and ensure candidates are well-informed and prepared
  • Maintain and update the sourcing tracker and candidate database to monitor progress and conversion rates
  • Collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition team to align sourcing strategies with hiring goals and timelines
  • Support on-ground recruitment activities, including job caravans and local hiring events
  • Assist in reporting metrics and providing insights to improve sourcing effectiveness
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract top talent in the food and hospitality sector

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 6 months of experience in sourcing or recruitment, preferably in high-volume or food service industries
  • Strong communication skills—confident in engaging candidates across different platforms
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple roles and candidate pipelines
  • Proactive, resourceful, and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Team player with a passion for connecting people to meaningful career opportunities
