Responsible for accounting tasks, including maintaining financial records, tax planning, managing accounts payable and receivable, preparing financial statements, and generating reports. This role involves ensuring accurate transaction recording, performing bank reconciliations, and utilizing accounting software to support financial operations.

  • Create detailed journal entries and post them to the general ledger to track all income statements and expenses
  • Managing company's accounts payable and receivable on a daily basis to make sure each invoice and expense report is accurate
  • Reconcile all business accounts to ensure our records match up and no transaction gets lost
  • Review of Financials and performing bank reconciliation
  • Enter financial data into computer software, making sure all bills and invoices are filed correctly
  • Facilitate all incoming payments and outgoing checks, including printing, obtaining signatures for, and distributing checks as necessary
  • Prepare for quarterly reporting using standard best practices and assist in monthly closings
  • Assist the real estate team or other staff with other accounting duties as needed

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php45, Php50,000.00 per month
