Who we are looking for:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, property management, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Experience in an administrative role or customer facing role is preferred.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Sufficient verbal and written communication skills. Customer service orientation and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Familiarity with basic accounting and financial principles is an advantage.
- Location: Must be willing to work in Pasay City
What you will do:
- Administrative Management: Oversee the preparation and management of property documents, including leases, notices, and correspondence. Maintain accurate and organized records of tenant files, property expenses, and maintenance logs.
- Tenant Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and courteously.
- Lease Administration: Coordinate tenant move-ins and move-outs, and manage lease renewals and terminations. Ensure compliance with lease terms and property policies. Prepare and distribute lease renewal notices and follow up with tenants as needed.
- Maintenance Coordination: Receive and log maintenance requests from tenants. Coordinate with maintenance staff and contractors to schedule and oversee repairs and maintenance work.
- Financial Management: Oversee rent collection and processing of tenant payments. Prepare and issue invoices, receipts, and notices for outstanding balances. Assist in the preparation of financial reports and budgeting as needed.
- Marketing and Leasing: Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain tenants. Post property listings on various platforms and social media.
