About the Role

Manester Development Corporation is seeking an experienced Accounting Specialist to join our team in Pasay City, Metro Manila. This full-time position will be responsible for providing comprehensive financial accounting and reporting services to support the ongoing operations and strategic objectives of our growing organization.

What You'll Be Doing

· Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including journal entries, account reconciliations, bank reconciliations and financial statements

· Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

· Support the month-end and year-end close processes

· Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards, laws, and regulations

· Prepare and file BIR returns

· Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement efficient accounting practices

· Contribute to the development and maintenance of accounting policies, procedures, and controls

What We're Looking For

· Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field

· Male or female, not more than 45 years old

· At least 3 years of relevant accounting experience (background in real estate or construction industry is a plus)

· Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and spreadsheet applications (Excel)

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

· Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure

· Effective communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to work collaboratively within a team

· Up-to-date knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations
