We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. This full-time position is based in Central Cebu City, Cebu and will involve providing high-quality customer service to our banking clients with high priority accounts.

What you'll be doing

  • Handling inbound customer calls and responding to emails in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing product and service information to customers, answering queries and resolving any issues or complaints
  • Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and following up on outstanding inquiries
  • Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell appropriate products and services to customers
  • Collaborating with other team members to ensure a consistent and positive customer experience
  • Adhering to all company policies, procedures and compliance requirements

What we're looking for

  • At least a senior high school graduate
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on providing efficient and effective solutions
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets and key metrics
  • Familiarity with relevant banking and financial regulations, as well as customer service best practices
