We areseeking a motivated and customer-focused Work at Home Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our dynamic team in Cebu City, Cebu. This full-time role offers the flexibility of working remotely, allowing you to balance your professional and personal commitments.
What you'll be doing
- Providing high-quality customer service and support to our clients through inbound and outbound calls
- Handling a wide range of customer inquiries and requests, including order processing, product information, and troubleshooting
- Identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and suggest process improvements
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
What we're looking for
- With or without BPO experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and empathetic manner
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively address customer concerns
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Fluency in both English and Cebuano/Visayan languages
