What you'll be doing

  • Providing high-quality customer service and support to our clients through inbound and outbound calls
  • Handling a wide range of customer inquiries and requests, including order processing, product information, and troubleshooting

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery

What we're looking for

  • With or without BPO experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively address customer concerns
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Fluency in both English and Cebuano/Visayan languages
