THIS IS AN ONSITE PROJECT; THE SELECTED CANDIDATE WILL REPORT TO OUR MAIN OFFICE IN MAKATI.

RigelNet is looking for a Hardware/PC Specialist to help upgrade all office computers to Windows 11. The selected candidate will be responsible for applying Windows images, troubleshooting hardware/software issues, and ensuring all office PCs are fully functional. This is a short-term, project-based role with immediate start.

Job Duties:

  • Upgrade office PCs to Windows 11.
  • Apply Windows images using Macrium Reflect or similar imaging tools.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues during the upgrade.
  • Ensure all office computers are fully functional after upgrades.
  • Work independently to complete the project efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with PC hardware and software upgrades.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems (Windows 10/11).
  • Experience creating and deploying Windows images.
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to start immediately and work onsite at the Makati office.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous office IT support experience.
  • Familiarity with networking basics.
