DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Technical Support Maintenance

  1. Maintain and monitor internet and LAN connections.

  2. Perform CCTV file back up and purge as necessary.

  3. Maintain server stability.

  4. Closely coordinates with different departments on any projects, migration, upgrade and review of IT infrastructure.

  5. Update Management on IT project status as needed.

  6. Perform CCTV monitoring and CCTV file review as needed.

Installation and Troubleshooting

  1. Support and maintain all computers, notebooks, laptops, printers, printer servers, and all their related software (like Windows O/S, MS Office, Virus Scanner, etc.) operating components, LAN/ WAN hardware/software components, and in-house LAN cabling of the Company

  2. Install, maintain, monitor and support IT systems/ end-user resources (equipment and software). Troubleshoots hardware/software failures.

  3. Install corporate e-mail, Internet browser, e-mail and network virus scanner, LAN networking and related products.

  4. Install telephone lines and handles maintenance of telephone system.

  5. Monitor installation of systems from providers.

  6. Install GPS connection to company vehicles.

Administrative

  1. Maintain authority over end-user computing resources security.

  2. Report unauthorized use of computer hardware/software.

  3. Provide cost effective recommendations in purchasing computers and other IT equipment.

  4. Generate reports for Management on a regular basis and/or as required.

Others

  1. Maintain the security devices (CCTV) of the Company.

  2. Maintain and upgrade the biometric machine.

  3. Perform other duties as necessary in meeting the objectives/ mission of the department and/or as assigned by superior.

  4. Adhere to the established Food Safety procedures and policies of the company.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php22, Php25,000.00 per month
