The IT Hardware Staff is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing all company computer hardware, network systems, and surveillance equipment. This role ensures smooth IT operations by managing hardware performance, supporting staff with technical concerns, and handling CCTV system installation and maintenance. The position also involves IT asset inventory, preventive maintenance, and coordination with external vendors for repairs or upgrades.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and network connectivity issues.
  • Perform regular system checks, maintenance, and hardware performance monitoring.
  • Manage and maintain CCTV systems, including installation, configuration, and footage retrieval.
  • Ensure security and functionality of all surveillance equipment.
  • Keep an updated inventory of IT hardware, tools, and accessories.
  • Assist with upgrading, replacing, and setting up new hardware or CCTV units.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for parts replacement and warranty concerns.
  • Support IT team in implementing hardware-related improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of IT, Computer Engineering, or any related course.
  • With at least 1 year of experience in IT hardware maintenance, networking, or CCTV system management.
  • Skilled in CCTV installation, troubleshooting, and network camera systems.
  • Knowledgeable in computer assembly, configuration, and LAN setup.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Can perform well under pressure and willing to stay long-term.
  • Preferably residing in or near Olongapo City or Zambales area.
