Job Description:

  • Manage the full delivery lifecycle of AI-generated imagery projects — from initial client brief to final delivery — ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Oversee both internal and outsourced Quality Control (QC) and Editing teams, ensuring all deliverables meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and brand standards.
  • Translate client requirements into actionable project plans and workflows for internal AI, creative, and production teams.
  • Plan and coordinate resources, project timelines, and task assignments to ensure seamless and efficient execution.
  • Monitor all outputs for quality, ensuring assets consistently align with client brand guidelines, creative direction, and technical specifications.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout project delivery, providing regular updates, managing feedback loops, and ensuring satisfaction at every stage.
  • Identify potential delivery bottlenecks early and propose proactive solutions to maintain operational efficiency and delivery timelines.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to refine project workflows, improve communication channels, and enhance scalability.
  • Support account expansion by consistently delivering value, anticipating client needs, and identifying opportunities to enhance project impact.

Qualifications:

  • Strong project management or delivery management experience, ideally in a creative, fashion, or digital services environment
  • Excellent operational and organisational skills with a sharp eye for detail
  • Confident managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth start-up environment
  • Familiarity with fashion industry standards and brand guidelines is a plus
