  • Monitor day-to-day operations, report on performance, and recommend actionable improvements when necessary
  • Communicate and coordinate/Assist other departments needs like QA Testing and coordinating operational improvement initiatives.
  • Document and analyze all reported bugs using available resources or system tools and providing summary reports to relevant teams for monitoring and optimization.
  • Implement quality control measures to maintain product standards and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Analyze product performance data, operational metrics, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and inform decision-making.
  • Develop product documentation, training materials, and standard operating procedures to support internal teams and external departments/partners.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape to inform product development and strategy.

Required Skills:

  1. Strong verbal and written communication skills

  2. Diligent in all aspects (Attendance and Work Performance)

  3. Attention to detail

  4. Self-sufficiency and an ability to work with minimal supervision

  5. Computer literate

  6. Flexibility to adapt to any changes required by the department.

  7. At least 1 year of work experience related to QA/Game tester and managing bug-related emails is an advantage (but not required)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php34, Php39,000.00 per month
