About the role

Join our dynamic team as the Commercial Generator After Sales Sr. Supervisor. In this full-time role based in Makati City Metro Manila, you will be responsible for overseeing the after-sales service for our commercial generator products, ensuring our customers receive exceptional support and service.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage a team of technicians and service agents to deliver high-quality after-sales support for our commercial generator customers
  • Develop and implement service strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless handover of customer accounts and maintenance contracts
  • Analyse customer feedback and usage data to identify areas for improvement and drive product enhancements
  • Liaise with the operations and logistics teams to ensure efficient parts supply and delivery
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for management on the performance of the after-sales function
  • Continuously explore ways to optimise service delivery and identify new revenue opportunities

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar after-sales or customer service supervisory role, preferably within the machinery or industrial equipment industry
  • Proven track record of leading and motivating a team of technicians or service professionals
  • Strong technical understanding of commercial generators and related equipment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with customers and cross-functional teams
  • Proficient in data analysis and report generation to drive continuous improvements
  • Problem-solving mindset and the ability to make decisions under pressure
  • Familiarity with industry regulations and safety standards
