About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Operations and Relationship Manager to join our growing team. This part-time position will oversee the operations of remote teams across the Philippines, India, and Australia while maintaining strong, productive relationships with clients and stakeholders. You will play a critical role in managing daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow across teams, and fostering communication between different regions. Additionally, you'll help drive marketing initiatives and manage social media strategies to support brand growth and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Operations Management:
Lead, support, and manage three remote teams across the Philippines, India, and Australia.
- Oversee daily operational tasks and ensure teams meet performance and project targets.
- Provide clear and regular reports on team performance, project statuses, and operational KPIs to senior management.
- Ensure efficient processes are in place for task delegation, communication, and problem resolution.
Client and Stakeholder Relationship Management:
Serve as the main point of contact for key clients and stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to enhance satisfaction and retention.
- Liaise regularly with clients to communicate project progress, address concerns, and manage expectations.
- Work closely with internal teams to align with client goals and deliver high-quality outcomes.
Operations & Marketing Support:
Collaborate with marketing and social media teams to promote the company's services and brand.
- Manage and execute marketing strategies to engage potential clients, especially through social media and digital platforms.
- Assist with creating and curating content for social media channels to support brand visibility and engagement.
Reporting & Performance Monitoring:
Regularly assess operational processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement efficiency measures.
- Track performance metrics and prepare reports to evaluate team productivity and project success.
Other Duties:
Take on ad-hoc operational and relationship tasks as needed to ensure the smooth running of the business.
- Maintain clear communication with all teams, fostering a collaborative work environment despite geographical differences.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Experience:
Proven experience in operations management, preferably in commercial property management or a related field.
- Strong leadership and team management experience, especially in a remote, multi-national environment.
Communication & Relationship Skills:
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage relationships with both internal teams and external clients.
- Fluent in English, with proficiency in other languages a plus.
Technical & Organizational Skills:
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, or similar) and communication platforms (e.g., Slack, Zoom).
Marketing & Social Media Savvy:
Experience with social media management and online marketing strategies.
- Ability to create engaging content and manage social media campaigns.
Problem Solving & Adaptability:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing operational challenges.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, adjusting to changing needs and priorities.
