  • Conduct Environment Safety and Health Training to all employees

  • Conduct Material Handling Training for Material Handler employees

  • Conduct Lead Safety Training

  • Conduct safety meetings at least once a month

  • Conduct safety audit to all work areas

  • Reviews report of inspection, accident investigations and implementation of program.

  • Recommend corrective actions and measures to improve safety conditions

  • Monitor implementation and enforcement of safety requirements.

  • Prepare checklist, accident reports

  • Submit to DOLE Annual Work Accident/ Illness exposure Data and Report on Health and Safety Organization

  • Coordinate to CDC fire department the annual evacuation drill
