With a focus on serving the Overseas Filipino market, ALISI partners with subsidiaries like Ayala Land Premier, Alveo Land Corp., Avida Land Corp., and Amaia Land Corp. to deliver high-quality properties globally. Over the years, ALISI has expanded its reach through international roadshows, digital platforms, and a growing broker network. They also operate permanent offices in key global locations, including San Francisco, Dubai, Singapore, Hong Kong, and more, to maintain a strong international presence.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Makati, with opportunities to work remotely on occasion. As an International Property Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Ayala Land's real estate properties to local and overseas clients. This includes identifying potential clients, providing exceptional customer service, conducting property presentations, building client relationships, and meeting sales targets. You will also engage in market research and stay updated on industry trends to effectively address customer needs and preferences.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively build relationships and provide excellent client support.
  • Knowledge of Commercial Real Estate and Residential Real Estate to understand industry trends and offer tailored solutions.
  • Proven Sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets in a competitive environment.
  • Ability to adapt to a hybrid work setup, collaborate with a diverse team, and manage tasks both on-site and remotely.
  • Familiarity with the Overseas Filipino market and global real estate practices is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
