Telecom Customer Sales Executive

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telecom Customer Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will promote and sell telecommunications products and services to new and existing customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with customers via phone, chat, or email to promote telecom products and services
  • Understand customer needs and recommend the best solutions
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities

Qualifications:

  1. High school graduate (at minimum)
  2. At least 1 year of sales experience (BPO or non-BPO industry)
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  4. English proficiency of CEFR B2 level or higher (speaking, listening, reading, and writing)
