About the Role:

We're hiring a results-driven Sales Executive to convert leads into customers for our solar and energy solutions in the Australian market. You'll drive same-day sales through fast response, consultative selling, and real-time quoting—helping customers make the switch to smarter energy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Call new leads quickly and conduct structured consultations
  • Send quotes live and aim to close deals within the same call
  • Communicate across calls, SMS, email, and chat
  • Recommend tailored solutions and explain savings/incentives
  • Log activity in HubSpot and escalate cold leads as needed
  • Coordinate with teams for smooth scheduling and installations
  • Provide post-sale support and share feedback for improvement

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience closing high-value deals
  • Strong sales, communication, and persuasion skills
  • Goal-oriented, self-driven, and able to work independently
  • Familiarity with renewable energy solutions is a strong plus
  • Comfortable using multichannel tools (calls, SMS, social, email)
