Job Responsibilities

  • Monitors Power and Water readiness
  • Makes sure that the set timeliness for readiness is met
  • Plans on Power and Water supply for new projects
  • Applies Power facilities in Meralco or Cooperative Power Provider
  • Negotiates with external power and water providers for the timely and favorable energization of utilities
  • Initiates bidding process for the construction of utilities
  • Coordinates with other Departments for timely energization of utilities
  • Applies necessary permits and licenses for energization

Job Qualifications

  • Licensed Civil Engineer
  • Good communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
  • Exposed to LGU and External Contractors transactions
  • Background in Meralco (or Cooperative Power Provider) application, permits processing, and water system management is REQUIRED
  • Knowledge in Basic Microsoft Office Skills
  • Process improvement-oriented and Results-driven, possesses utmost professionalism and integrity
  • Preferably with a Driver's License and can drive a light vehicle

Working Conditions

  • Assignment will be in Ortigas, Pasig City, NCR but should also available for mixed work-from-home arrangement and field works;
  • Amenable to have official transactions and meetings in multiple sites/locations in Luzon (Calabarzon 4A and/or Central Luzon). Transportation will be provided
