Job Description:

iEminence Consulting Services is looking for an experienced and driven Project Manager to oversee both internal projects and client engagements from start to finish. This position requires a combination of strategic thinking, exceptional leadership, and a track record of delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Initiation

  • Clearly define the objectives, scope, and key stakeholders of each project.
  • Ensure project goals align with client expectations, budgets, and timelines.

Project Planning

  • Create comprehensive project plans with clear milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Assign resources effectively, set realistic deadlines, and identify potential risks early on.

Resource & Task Management

  • Efficiently allocate resources, budget, and tools to meet project goals.
  • Delegate tasks based on team strengths and maintain accountability for results.

Risk & Change Management

  • Proactively identify and assess risks, and implement preventive or corrective actions as necessary.
  • Manage changes to project scope through structured evaluation and approval processes.

Communication & Coordination

  • Foster open and transparent communication with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Lead regular meetings to provide updates, align on goals, and gather feedback.

Project Execution & Quality Assurance

  • Oversee project execution to ensure it adheres to timelines and meets deliverables.
  • Conduct quality checks to confirm that outputs meet both client expectations and internal standards.
  • Address and resolve issues as they arise, adjusting strategies and plans accordingly.

Project Closure & Evaluation

  • Assess project performance against defined objectives, budget, and timeline.
  • Document lessons learned and facilitate smooth handovers to clients or internal teams.

Qualifications:

  • 2–3 years of experience in project management.
  • Strong leadership abilities with a proven record of inspiring and guiding teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
  • Must be willing to work onsite in Makati City.
  • Valid passport and openness to domestic or international travel.
  • Immediate availability is preferred.
