CASHIER JOB DESCRIPTIONS

  • Follows the Store and Mall Admin House Rules
  • Implements daily opening and/or closing procedures in the dining and drinks area
  • Always courteous and greets all guests with delight and energy
  • Ensures guest satisfaction and deliver maximum customer service by following the eight service protocols
  • Serves only standard and high quality food and beverages to the guest
  • Ensures safety and maintain cleanliness on the assigned area of responsibility
  • Follows with the standard grooming and consistently wears proper uniform
  • Do proper cashiering procedures, from punching the order to giving the right amount of change
  • Handles shift sales and funds with care and follows standard cash control systems
  • Knowledgeable on the promos and discounts mechanics
  • Monitors and ensures completeness of documents related to her cashiering function
  • Receives delivery calls with proper documentation of order
  • Ensures phonelines, pos and card terminal is functioning well
  • Performs other admin tasks assigned ex. Promo and discount monitoring, OS monitoring, dessert drinks inventory and transmittals etc.

TEAM ASSISTANT JOB DESCRIPTIONS

  • Follows the Store and Mall Admin House Rules
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities required by his/her superior, ex. Dishwashing, inventory, catering and other assigned side duties.
  • Implements daily opening and/or closing procedures in the dining and dispatching area
  • Always courteous and greets all guests with delight and energy
  • Ensures guest satisfaction and deliver maximum customer service by following the eight service protocols
  • Serves only standard and high quality food and beverages to the guest
  • Ensures safety and maintain cleanliness on the assigned area of responsibility
  • Follows with the standard grooming and consistently wears proper uniform
  • Do proper dispatching and food run procedures

KITCHEN ASSISTANT JOB DESCRIPTIONS

  • Follows the Store and Mall Admin House Rules
  • Implements daily opening and/or closing procedures in the prep station area
  • Ensures compliance to Food Safety and sanitation procedures
  • Knows the standard recipe of our marinated products
  • Expert in assembling raw ingredients per product and follows standard portioning
  • Receive and store raw materials properly (FIFO) and label items according to standard shelf-life
  • Maintains enough back-up of raw materials needed
  • Monitors wastages and scraps
