Job Overview:

A Crew Member at Popeyes is responsible for providing great customer service, preparing food, and keeping the store clean and organized. They work with the team to ensure fast, friendly, and accurate service following Popeyes standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Take and process food and beverage orders accurately.
  • Prepare, cook, and serve food items following Popeyes recipes and quality standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, kitchen, and service counters.
  • Follow proper food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines.
  • Assist in restocking, inventory rotation, and maintaining supplies.

Qualifications:

  • At least high school graduate (or equivalent).
  • Experience in food service or customer service is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
