Job Description:

-Establishes, Reinforces and maintain strong business relationships with customers.

-Ensure Successful and timely delivery of products/services to customers according to their specification

-Forecast Key account metrics

-Identify opportunities for assigned product category/ies and incorporate into the growth and development of the company (new or existing projects).

-Generate sales for the company according to specified targets and objectives

-Meet account deadlines(quotations, deliveries, project, completion, etc.)

-Manage Complaints and conflicts with clients effectively

Competencies:

  • A Graduate of Mechanical / Electrical / Civil Engineer or Equivalent

-With experience as Sales engineer in construction industry for at least 3 years with good track record

  • Thorough knowledge in HVAC

  • Good Communication and Interpersonal Skill

  • Good Presentation Skill

  • Good Negotiation skill

  • Sales driver and result driven

  • Who knows how to drive is a plus

  • Willing to Work in Dela Paz Pasig City ( Near Stalucia East, Robisons East, Santolan)

  • Can Start in January 2026

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php35,000.00 per month
