What is your mission?

We are looking for an Outbound Sales Representative to connect with new leads and follow up with existing customers interested in home improvement. In this role, you'll focus on speed to lead—reaching out quickly, building rapport, gathering key details, and qualifying customers before passing them to the Sales CSR team. Success in this role means strong communication, persistence, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Contact new leads and follow up with existing customers interested in home improvement
  • Build rapport, gather details, and ensure customers are ready to move forward
  • Pass qualified leads to Sales CSR team for scheduling and next steps
  • Prioritize speed to lead by contacting customers quickly after they show interest
  • Make multiple follow-up calls as needed until contact is established
  • Keep accurate notes during calls and maintain records in CRM
  • Collaborate with Sales CSRs and support team goals
Who are we looking for?
  • 1+ years of outbound calling experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Outlook, MS Teams, and CRM systems (ServiceTitan experience is a plus)
  • Accurate typing skills for real-time note-taking
  • Consistent attendance and reliability
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Team-oriented mindset and willingness to support others
  • Comfort starting conversations and building trust quickly
