Dealer Network Development Supervisor

Location: Makati City, NCR

Job Summary

We are looking for a Dealer Network Development Supervisor to support the expansion, construction, and operational management of our dealer network. This role will coordinate with prospective dealers, oversee dealership construction and renovation projects, and ensure that standards, policies, and operational guidelines are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities

Dealer Network Expansion

  • Identify, evaluate, and qualify potential dealers and dealer groups
  • Coordinate meetings with prospective dealers and track progress
  • Record, organize, and archive development documents and minutes

Construction & Renovation Projects

  • Lead activation of dealer locations, ensuring compliance with brand standards (VI and SI)
  • Provide recommendations on design and layout for dealership facilities
  • Manage construction and renovation projects with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely completion
  • Monitor and maintain inventory of showroom construction materials

Network Management

  • Implement dealer standards and policies, ensuring uniformity across the network
  • Support in creating dealer construction standards and management manuals
  • Analyze dealer performance reports and industry trends, and recommend improvements
  • Conduct quarterly checks and upload results to internal systems

Operations & Training

  • Develop dealer operation management manual and deliver dealer training
  • Monitor dealer operational health and provide timely feedback
  • Support other departments in supervising and improving dealer operations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field (preferred)
  • Experience in dealer network development, sales operations, or project management (automotive industry experience is an advantage)
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage timelines effectively
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
