Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in implementing and enforcing company security and asset protection policies.
  • Conduct regular inspections of facilities, warehouses, and project sites to ensure safety and security compliance.
  • Monitor and report incidents, losses, and violations related to company property and personnel.
  • Coordinate with third-party security providers, local authorities, and internal departments on security matters.
  • Support the investigation of theft, loss, or damage incidents and recommend preventive measures.
  • Maintain accurate and updated records of security logs, reports, and asset protection activities.
  • Assist in developing and conducting security awareness programs for employees.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Criminology, Security Management, or related field.
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in security operations, preferably within a construction or industrial setting.
  • Knowledgeable in CCTV monitoring, access control systems, and incident reporting.
  • Strong attention to detail, integrity, and ability to handle confidential information.
  • With good coordination and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
