About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled IT Staff to join our team at LEC STEEL MANUFACTURING CORP.' in Quezon City Metro Manila. As an IT Staff, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintaining the company's IT infrastructure to ensure smooth operations. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing organization.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing technical support and troubleshooting to employees on a wide range of IT-related issues
  • Maintaining and upgrading the company's hardware, software, and network systems
  • Implementing and monitoring security measures to protect the company's IT assets
  • Assisting with the deployment and configuration of new technologies
  • Documenting IT processes and procedures to ensure efficient operations
  • Collaborating with other departments to address IT-related concerns
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest IT trends and best practices

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an IT support or technical role
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in the use of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office suite, and various software applications
  • Knowledge of network administration, hardware troubleshooting, and security best practices
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php22,000.00 per month
