What We Look For

We're seeking highly organized Case Managers who can take ownership of client matters after intake through resolution. If you're detail-oriented, proactive, and thrive in a professional, fast-paced environment, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the progress of client cases from onboarding through closure.
  • Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates, request documents, and ensure their concerns are addressed.
  • Coordinate with attorneys, paralegals, and other staff to track deadlines, filings, and next steps.
  • Review and organize case files, evidence, and supporting documents for attorney preparation.
  • Maintain case timelines and proactively follow up on pending items to avoid delays.
  • Update and manage client records using CRM/case management systems (Clio, Lawmatics, or similar).
  • Support attorneys in preparing for hearings, mediations, and other proceedings by ensuring documentation is complete and accessible.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in legal studies, business, or related field.
  • At least 2 years' US experience in case management; experience in Personal Injury is a plus
  • Excellent English communication skills—both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with CRM/case management software (Clio, Lawmatics, or similar) is a plus.
  • Critical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.

Work Hours & Setup

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM PST.
  • Collaboration: Must stay on Zoom throughout shift for seamless communication with attorneys and staff.
