Key Responsibilities

· Conduct initial client interviews to gather facts of the incident, injuries, and damages.

· Explain the claims process and set expectations with clients.

· Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring timely updates and responses.

· Maintain professional, compassionate communication with injured clients.

· Secure and organize required documents such as police reports, medical records, bills, photos, wage-loss proofs, and insurance information.

· Maintain accurate, up-to-date case files both digitally and physically.

· Update the case management system with all case-related activities and timelines.

· Track medical treatment progress and follow up with clients and providers.

· Request and follow up on medical bills, records, and physician narratives.

· Communicate with insurance companies regarding claim status, documentation, and adjuster requests.

· Prepare and submit required forms to insurance carriers.

· Prepare case summaries, timelines, and settlement packets for attorney review.

· Assist with drafting demands, affidavits, authorizations, and correspondence.

· Coordinate attorney-client meetings, mediations, and evaluations.

· Support attorneys with pre-litigation tasks and ensure deadlines are met.

· Compile settlement demand packages including medical summaries, damages breakdown, and supporting evidence.

· Assist with negotiating medical liens and billing adjustments when required.

· Prepare closing documents and ensure complete file closure at the end of each case.

Qualifications

· Experience in personal injury law, legal assistance, insurance claims, or case management is an advantage.

· Experience with US-based personal injury firms is a plus (if applicable).

Skills & Competencies

· Excellent communication and client-handling skills.

· Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

· High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

· Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.

· Proficiency in case-management software or CRM tools.

· Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.
