A Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the hiring process to ensure an organization attracts, selects, and hires the best talent. Their role typically includes the following responsibilities:

Job duties and responsibilities:

  • Maintaining close communication with the agency regarding hiring updates and employee concerns
  • Coordinating directly with the agency to ensure smooth processing of requirements and transactions
  • Collaborates with the accredited manpower agency to process recruitment, deployment, contract signing, and employee movements.
  • Coordinates agency billing, attendance reports, and payroll-related documentation
  • Collaborate directly with the operations to ensure have a clear communication

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of BS Psychology, HRDM, or equivalent course
  • Experience working with manpower/outsourcing agencies is an advantage.
  • Familiar with high-volume hiring, staffing, or project-based recruitment.
  • Has at least 1-2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.
  • Has strong communication skills.
