Job Desription:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will source, identify, screen, and share forward qualified applicants for various open roles with our diverse clients at PuzzleHR. This individual will be responsible for sourcing and screening top talent in different industries, including but not limited to: finance, education, hospitality, human resources, IT/technology, legal, marketing and sales, health care, real estate, skilled trades, etc. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable candidates that will help find the perfect match for a client's long-term goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, facilitate, and implement all phases of the recruitment process.
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
Identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role and industry standards.
Assist with job posting and advertisement processes.
Screen applications and select qualified candidates.
Schedule interviews and oversee the preparation of interview questions and other hiring materials.
Assist with the interview process by attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders.
Collaborate with hiring managers and HR staff during the offer process, recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, as well as company policies.
Maintain consistent communication with clients to assess updates, needs, or issues.
Develop and implement creative and innovative sourcing strategies to build a pipeline of qualified candidates.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics.
Ability to create and implement effective sourcing strategies for various roles.
Proactive, independent, and capable of taking initiative.
Strong time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices in hiring and recruitment.
Proficient with applicant tracking software and other recruitment systems, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field, or equivalent work experience required.
- 3+ years of experience managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process.
- Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential is a plus.
