Job Description:

The key role of an employee as an Accounts Receivable is ensuring accuracy and efficiency of operations,

processing and monitoring incoming payments, and securing revenue by verifying and posting receipts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables' data.

This includes:

a) Downloading of statement of accounts

b) Verifying the accuracy and completeness of settlement.

c) Preform triangular balancing for branch encoded CCSR vs SOA vs actual receipt.

d) Resolving settlement discrepancies to banks or branches.

  • Assist branch in a day-to-day financing transaction and inquiries.
  • Coordinate with the Financing partner thru emails and phone calls as FC Home Center representative for unsettled accounts, cancelled transactions and refunds.
  • Monitoring of branch sales and cascading financing promos, and other marketing support.
  • Ensuring that all branches have financing promoters.
  • Financing subsidy share must me collected in time and accurate in a timely manner.
  • Submitting daily reports to management on accounts receivable operations such as:

a) Weekly AR report – Every Tuesdays

b) Monthly AR report – Every 2nd week of the month

c) Branch performance report – Every 2nd week of the month

d) Financing Subsidy Support – Every 10th

e) 1% Marketing Share – Must be collected 1st to 2nd week of the month

f) VAS Referral fee (Home credit) Monthly

g) Month Financing Subsidy support share memo (with Merchandising Dept)

  • Maintains records, back up files and organized filling of reports
  • Collects, monitor and encode Quarterly
  • Collaborate with the other department that are interconnected with the AR Finance.
  • Protects the organization's value by keeping information confidential.
  • Any other tasks that maybe assigned from time to time.
