Main purpose of the position:

As the Planning Analytics Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing the efficiency of the Planning Analyst Team. Collaborating closely with a team of Planning Analysts, you will provide essential support for the administrative functions inherent to the Planning Analyst role. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a keen interest in the fashion industry, possess a natural curiosity, excel in multitasking, and showcase the ability to independently prioritize tasks within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Position responsibilities and daily tasks:

● Administrative data entry

● Run and share Weekly reporting

● Run and share Monthly reporting

● Monthly & Quarterly Hindsight Recap preparation

● Market Preparation

● Ad Hoc Requests

● Gain an introductory understanding of retail math and metrics, retail vocabulary

● Collaborate and seamlessly work with a dynamic team of Planning Analysts, adeptly navigating the

demands of diverse workloads simultaneously

What does a candidate need to demonstrate to perform this job successfully:

● An understanding and interest in the contemporary and luxury fashion space

● Strong organizational skills - ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize, and meet deadlines

● Ability to communicate clearly and responsibly across a team of multiple analysts

● Excels in team environments and in building / developing strong interpersonal relationships, while

maintaining an individual determination to accomplish goals

● Ability to demonstrate logical thinking and problem-solving skills multi-tasking, time management, self-

motivation, persistence, and takes full ownership of their success

Minimum candidate qualifications (years of experience, education level, technical skills, software, etc):

● 0-2 years of planning or allocation experience

● Knowledge of or the ability ability to learn how to use functions, pivot tables, and macros in Excel

Preferred qualifications (years of experience, education level, technical skills, software, etc):

● E-commerce apparel experience

● 1-2 years of using Excel in the work environment

● Interest and knowledge in contemporary, aspiring-luxury, and luxury fashion
